Full Service Itinerary Planning

Each vacation is crafted with the following:

• Personalized itinerary created by an expert: each day is planned with as much or as little as you want.

• Full use of travel app: hour by hour itinerary, maps, city guides, real-time updates, storage of documents, tickets and confirmations, local tips, and more. Available for iPhone or android.

• Airline and ground transportation: Reservations for trains, planes and automobiles. Bookings are made on airline of choice, or best route. Also, booking of all in-country transportation, including trains, chauffeurs and rental cars.

• Lodging bookings: Accommodations are selected based on preference: small boutique hotels, B&B’s, luxury hotels, short term rentals, farmstays, etc.

• Dining bookings: reservations at bistros, brasseries, wine bars, restaurants, including ones with Michelin stars. For places that don’t accept reservations such as bakeries and cafes, a list of suggested places is provided.

• Custom activities: private behind the scenes tours, cooking classes, wine tasting, hot air balloon rides, tours in vintage cars, arts and crafts workshop, you name it!

• Travel tips: plenty of practical country or city specific information will be provided, as well as recommendations for casual eating, walks, and more.
